Cancellation and Payment
100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
50% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
Cancellation must be in writing (email or text)
50% deposit at booking. Balance due 7 days before the stay.
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Early check in or late checkout is often not possible and must be pre-approved.
Maximum overnight guests: 6
Minimum age to rent: 20

Vaping is not allowed inside
Maximum heating temp is 75 degrees, minimum air conditioning temp is 68 degrees
Guests must only flush toilet paper because we have a private septic system

Hot Tub Rules
Glass is not allowed in or near the tub.
Infants and toddlers are not allowed in the hot tub.
The hot tub is for a relaxing soak and not for bathing. Please try to keep it clean so that we can all save water and energy. Take a quick shower first if you are dirty, sweaty, used suntan lotion, bug spray, hair gel, etc.
Never add soap, bubbles, or other foreign substances to the hot tub.
